Al-Futtaim Group is looking for an Entry-Level Information Security Analyst to join its growing IT Security team in Dubai. The role supports core cybersecurity operations, including incident response, access management, and risk assessment, ensuring compliance with company-wide security policies. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and monitor information security service tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
* Support access control processes, including user provisioning, account reviews, and policy compliance.
* Assist in identifying and documenting recurring incidents, reporting them to senior security staff.
* Help coordinate responses to security alerts and assist in incident investigations under supervision.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for security activities, audits, and compliance tracking.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in security workflows, awareness, and governance documentation.
* Support risk assessment efforts by collecting and analyzing security data.
* Collaborate with IT and SOC teams to ensure timely detection and mitigation of potential security threats.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as access control, network defense, and risk management.
* Familiarity with standard security tools, log monitoring systems, and IT ticketing platforms.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to follow defined procedures.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Certified in Cybersecurity (CC), or equivalent are preferred.
