Job Profile:
à The primary objective of Client Engagement Executive job is to develop long-term sustainable business relationships with Clients, Corporates & Business unit executives.
à The Client Engagement Executive will be responsible for first line account management of clients and assisting in developing and maintaining efficient systems to deal with client queries and support.
à Enagagment executives also establish strategic relationships with internal departments, including sales, marketing, business development teams and project development team.
à Schedule regular meetings with customers
à Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
à Create plans to address clientsâ business needs.
à Advise clients on creating profitable processes
à Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
à Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products by identifying the feasibility of the project / product in terms of economic, resources and innovations.
à Manage the project/ product deliveries post surpassing the sales team.
