Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or any equivalent education
At least 1 year administrative experience
Knowledgeable in MS Office application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal communication skills
