Full Job Description
looking for an Admin Assistant who will be responsible for keeping an office running smoothly and overseeing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

Assist with office management and maintenance – this includes ordering of office supplies, equipment and tracking of expenses.
Serve as the main contact for office supplies, bills and shipping.
Manage monthly office budget
Develop office policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented properly.
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement.
Be the point of contact for Tafaseel (the office landlord, out staffing provider of employment contracts and visas)
What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree
Language – Fluent in English – both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable with using Google Suite or Microsoft office and able to create and submit reports in text and spreadsheets.
High ownership & Attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Previous experience working in administrative roles
