Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Assist senior administrators to Provide efficient and effective support and administration services to the Department.
Support and assist prequalification team in all communications with vendors, including required follow-ups and consequent liaising with other concerned departments.
issue Solicitation of Interest (SOI), Non-Disclosure Agreements, Invitation to Tender and Regret letters to tenderers (manually/e-tendering) as directed by tendering team members.
Assist the team to efficiently log all incoming and outgoing documents such as Job Requisition, Request for Authority to Tender, Recommendation for Award etc. and circulate for obtaining further approvals as per DOA.
Secure and maintain confidentiality of important documents at all times.
Assist senior administrator in maintaining ‘Tender Library’ and related databases up-to-date as per department guidelines.
Assist and co-ordinate with other team members for all admin/ department related tasks
Support the Department/ Division in ensuring full compliance with the company established operational and administrative policies, Processes, and procedures.
Undertake any other related tasks allocated by the department head.

Education & experience:
Diploma or Degree in relevant field.
Administrative Assistant role for Tendering department.
NB : Good knowledge of MS Office – Word and Excel
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
Excellent Communication Skills MUST
