Responsibilities:
Assist with report writing, financial analysis, and proposal documents.
Maintain and update internal databases.
Create and maintain accurate, orderly, and up-to-date files and records, including computer files.
Source and update secondary market research.
Conduct primary market research where required within the UAE and other regional markets.
Conduct site visits to assess project sites.
Compile data gathered into standard research reports using an appropriate and creative methodology.
Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings effectively.
Undertake feasibility and highest and best-use studies, risk assessments, and investment appraisals.
Understand the market dynamics and the drivers of the education sector growth in the Middle East and Africa.
Understand and facilitate the development of financial models
Keep abreast of key trends and developments within the education sector regionally and globally in order to provide an informed opinion.
Contribute to business development where possible and attend networking events.
Promote Knight Frank at all relevant opportunities, whether through business encounters or social interactions, by showcasing Knight Frank as a leading authority in the industry and positioning it as the preferred consultancy for prospective and existing Clients.
Liaise with other internal departments to coordinate inputs for reports. Cross-sell opportunities into regional and global teams.
Communicate fully with all stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the delivery of tasks are managed in an efficient and professional manner.
Ensure highest quality standards in accordance with local and international standards.
Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality and trust with prospective and existing clients at all times in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership.
Provide high-quality, user-friendly and value for money service.
Other tasks as required.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
Minimum 2+ years experience in real estate or education advisory are preferred.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Clear and logical thinker with well-developed report-writing skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team player with the ability to build relationships.
Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
Ability to work through periods of high workload.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work flexible schedules to ensure successful and timely delivery of projects.
Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.
The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).
Certifications and Licenses: MRICS is desired but not essential.
Software: Microsoft Office programs to a proficient level. Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel is required.
Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal. Fluency in Arabic or other languages is advantageous.
Travel: Flexible attitude towards travelling.
