Position Overview
The Architectural Contracts Administrator role supports a leading architectural firm delivering world-class solutions for healthcare facilities, research centers, and laboratories. Based in Dubai, this position plays a key role in tendering, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination across technically complex and fast-track projects within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Support Project Architects in preparing tender documents, conducting tender evaluations, and drafting recommendation and contract documentation
* Review and advise on front-end tender documents prepared by client legal teams or consultant quantity surveyors
* Handle daily contract administration including drafting letters, notices, instructions, and certificates
* Assess variation claims, extension of time submissions, and other contractual claims from contractors
* Prepare change requests and variation orders for approval and maintain complete and accurate project documentation
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors on contractual and commercial matters
* Attend project meetings and coordination sessions as required
* Support effective contract control to ensure compliance with project requirements, timelines, and governance standards

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
* Five to eight years of relevant experience in the construction or architectural consultancy industry
* Healthcare, laboratory, or technically complex project experience preferred
* Proficient in project planning and control tools such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
* Strong decision-making capability in ambiguous or risk-based environments
* Experience with fast-track project delivery is an advantage
* Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English
