The Architectural Inspector will

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct systematic on-site inspections of architectural construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
* Review completed and ongoing works against approved architectural drawings and technical requirements.
* Verify compliance with UAE construction regulations, applicable building codes, and project specifications.
* Inspect architectural finishes, materials, installation methods, and workmanship for quality and conformity.
* Check dimensions, layouts, levels, alignments, interfaces, and visible finishes where required.
* Identify construction defects, incomplete works, deviations, and non-compliant installations.
* Record inspection observations accurately through site notes, photographs, measurements, and formal reports.
* Maintain structured records of inspections, violations, outstanding items, and corrective actions.
* Communicate identified deficiencies to project managers, contractors, consultants, and relevant technical teams.
* Recommend appropriate corrective measures where work does not comply with approved requirements.
* Follow up corrective actions and verify that remedial works have been completed satisfactorily.
* Reinspect previously rejected or deficient architectural works before closure.
* Review material quality and confirm that installed products correspond with approved project requirements.
