Role Context
This role supports the delivery of high-quality architectural works by ensuring all installations and finishes meet project requirements and inspection standards. It plays a key role in maintaining compliance, reducing defects, and supporting timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections for architectural works ensuring compliance with drawings specifications and codes
* Review contractor submissions and shop drawings identifying potential issues impacting quality or performance
* Monitor contractor adherence to approved quality control plans and inspection protocols
* Record site activities including daily logs reports and photographic progress documentation
* Identify non-conformities and issue NCRs while supporting corrective actions
* Coordinate with engineers contractors and management to resolve site issues and delays
* Verify materials finishes and installations meet project standards and specifications
* Support approval processes and assist in expediting submissions and authority clearances
* Monitor health safety practices and report any violations
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or Bachelor degree in Architecture or related field
* 5 to 7 years experience in building construction and inspection roles
* Strong understanding of architectural finishes materials and construction practices
* Ability to interpret drawings specifications and inspection standards
* Detail-oriented with strong observation and reporting skills
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders on site
