Role Context
This role ensures that all architectural works on site are executed in line with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. It contributes to project delivery by validating site activities, maintaining inspection records, and ensuring compliance across all architectural elements.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor architectural works to ensure compliance with inspection plans, drawings, and specifications
* Conduct site inspections for architectural finishes and building components
* Review contractor submissions and shop drawings to identify potential issues
* Track variations and report impacts on project timelines and costs
* Maintain detailed site records including logs, reports, and progress documentation
* Coordinate with project teams and contractors to ensure smooth execution
* Issue non-conformance reports and support corrective actions
* Monitor compliance with quality control plans and safety requirements
* Assist in obtaining approvals and resolving delays with authorities
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 7 years of experience in architectural inspection and construction supervision
* At least 5 years of UAE project experience within consultancy environments
* Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, materials, and construction techniques
* Ability to review drawings and identify technical issues
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Detail-oriented with ability to manage site documentation accurately
