Mace is seeking an Associate Visualisation Director to lead and develop a team of visualization specialists on one of Saudi Arabia’s largest and most ambitious mixed-use development programmes. This role is pivotal in driving cutting-edge visualization strategies, ensuring delivery of high-quality outputs, and fostering innovation to support the project’s objectives and Mace’s business growth.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and deliver high-quality 3D visualization content, including Virtual City assets and XR studio operations.
* Oversee Arch-Viz environments, ensuring consistency in digital workflows and data accuracy.
* Develop visualization standards, templates, and asset libraries for use across multiple projects.
* Provide strategic guidance and best practices to align outputs with project goals and client requirements.
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and cost-efficient outcomes.
* Drive process improvements, adopt new tools, and implement lessons learned across the team.
* Mentor and lead a high-performing team, defining KPIs and performance targets.
* Coordinate recruitment, resource planning, and freelance support to meet business needs.
* Partner with senior leadership to define and implement visualization strategy and business plans.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, supporting collaborative delivery.
* Promote sustainability by integrating low-carbon practices in visualization processes.
* Support a diverse and inclusive team culture that fosters creativity and professional growth.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in computer arts, architecture, or related discipline.
* Extensive experience in 3D visualization leadership roles, including managing large or complex projects.
* Proven ability to deliver immersive content for major developments and large-scale programmes.
* Advanced knowledge of visualization tools, workflows, and XR technologies.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
