This role focuses on integrating ETABS structural models with BIM processes to ensure seamless coordination between structural, architectural, and MEP design elements in our high-profile real estate projects.

Job Overview
As a BIM Coordinator specializing in structural integration, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate synchronization between ETABS structural analysis and BIM models. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to optimize design workflows, prevent clashes, and enhance project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate ETABS models with Revit and other BIM platforms to ensure accurate structural representation.
- Conduct advanced structural analysis using ETABS for reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Collaborate with architects and MEP engineers to ensure structural elements align with overall design.
- Perform clash detection using Navisworks or BIM 360 and resolve conflicts before construction.
- Generate detailed 3D structural models, including beams, columns, slabs, and foundations.
- Maintain and update BIM models to reflect the latest structural analysis data.
- Ensure compliance with local UAE building codes and international BIM standards.
- Provide technical support and training to junior team members on BIM processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven expertise in ETABS for structural analysis and design.
- Strong knowledge of BIM tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
- Experience in integrating ETABS with BIM platforms for seamless design coordination.
- Familiarity with clash detection, structural detailing, and project documentation.
