Position Overview
Azizi Developments is seeking a skilled BIM Modeler – Electrical to join our project delivery team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and coordinating detailed electrical BIM models that align with architectural, structural, and MEP requirements. This role plays a key part in supporting high-rise and commercial construction projects through accurate modeling and seamless coordination.

Core Duties
* Develop precise and detailed BIM models for electrical systems using Revit and relevant BIM tools
* Coordinate BIM models with other trades, including mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines
* Conduct clash detection and work with stakeholders to resolve conflicts before construction
* Ensure model accuracy and update drawings based on design modifications and site input
* Generate coordinated electrical shop drawings aligned with project timelines and standards
* Adhere to BIM execution plans, company guidelines, and UAE construction regulations
Ideal Profile
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* 4–6 years of hands-on experience in electrical BIM modeling, particularly for UAE building construction projects
* Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools
* Strong understanding of electrical systems including lighting, power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems
* Ability to interpret design drawings and translate them into fully coordinated BIM models
* Detail-oriented with excellent teamwork and communication skills
