Preference: Indian, Sri Lankan (Male Senior Accountant or GL accountant)

Qualification: Qualified CA or ACCA or CIMA (only CPA, CMA will not do)
Experience: Minimum 5 years post qualification preferably corporate office experience
Focused, confident, clear communication, presentable and conceptually clear
Located in Doha, Qatar with Visa transfer & NOC
Experience with Accounting for 4 & 5 star Hotels with 250-500 rooms & 2-3 restaurants
Middle management experience in finance/accounting in Hospitality industry
Interact with Auditors (Internal/External) & participate on audit related projects
Monthly meetings with Finance team to review results, provide insights for managing costs and areas of business requiring attention/action
Monitoring bank position, cash flow for funding requirements
Review of operational documents (LPO, Cheques and payment listings)
Ensure timely submission of monthly reviews, MRT etc
Up-to-date knowledge of Finance/industry best practices
Review of accounts as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Review of all management information system (MIS)reports
Monitoring income and expenses as per budget and previous year
Preparation of annual budgets
Creditors management and payments on time
Staff training development
Project management skills
Other ancillary operational task
