We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Engineer to oversee structural and civil works on construction projects. The role involves site supervision, inspections, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, building codes, and industry regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong structural analysis knowledge, coordination skills, and experience in managing construction activities from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure civil and structural works are executed as per project specifications and approved drawings
- Supervise and verify integrated site work, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget
- Conduct inspections to assess structural soundness and compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate logs of inspections, approvals, and construction progress
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of works
- Monitor project schedules and implement corrective actions to prevent delays
- Ensure required construction materials and equipment are available for uninterrupted operations
- Implement quality control measures and ensure adherence to method statements and best practices
- Oversee construction activities while maintaining safety, quality, and environmental compliance
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize project execution
- Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation of site observations and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and industry standards
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with site supervision expertise
- Strong knowledge of structural detailing, construction techniques, and finishing materials
- Experience in piling works, post-tension slabs, precast walls, and structural steelwork
- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills
- Familiarity with local construction codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
