Civils and Structure Inspector
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Civils and Structure Inspector to oversee and ensure the quality and compliance of civil and structural projects in Riyadh. This role involves conducting inspections, assessing workmanship, and collaborating with project teams to maintain high construction standards. The successful candidate will contribute to major infrastructure projects that support Saudi Arabia’s development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed inspections of civil and structural works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulations, and safety standards.
- Review project documentation, including blueprints and technical reports, to identify potential discrepancies or required improvements.
- Monitor ongoing construction activities and evaluate materials, equipment, and workmanship for adherence to quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, highlighting issues, non-compliance, and corrective actions in detailed reports.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to address structural concerns and implement corrective measures.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide expert insights on construction practices and structural integrity.
- Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil and structural inspection.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, structural integrity standards, and industry codes.
- Hands-on experience in inspecting and evaluating large-scale civil and structural projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering plans, specifications, and technical documents.
- High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications or licenses in civil and structural inspection are a plus.
