Position Overview
Mace is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee financial and commercial functions for a landmark luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing cost controls, procurement, contracts, and risk strategies while ensuring alignment with the project’s strategic objectives and sustainability goals.

What You’ll Do
* Lead all commercial and financial operations for the project, ensuring robust governance and transparency.
* Monitor project costs, revenue, and risk metrics, presenting performance reports to senior stakeholders.
* Manage procurement processes and subcontract agreements in compliance with financial and legal requirements.
* Collaborate with project teams to optimize processes and ensure cost efficiency.
* Provide strategic leadership to commercial teams and manage claims, invoicing, and client negotiations.
* Ensure compliance with FIDIC-based contracts and support dispute resolution where required.
* Align commercial activities with the company’s net zero carbon commitments.
* Support knowledge sharing and contribute to continuous improvement within the commercial function.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
* 10–12 years of experience with Tier 1 contractors or cost consultancy firms.
* Strong background in procurement, cost control, and FIDIC contract management.
* Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Arabic language proficiency is essential.
* Previous Middle East experience and eligibility for Saudi Arabia visa and client approval are mandatory.
