* Manage full tender lifecycle including EOI, prequalification, RFP, and contract award processes
* Prepare and review tender documentation while coordinating responses to bidder queries
* Evaluate technical and commercial proposals and produce recommendation reports
* Conduct market analysis and build strong supplier and contractor networks

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
