Role Context
This role is central to managing procurement lifecycle activities for high-value projects, ensuring that sourcing strategies, tender evaluations, and supplier engagement align with delivery timelines and financial targets. It supports operational efficiency and risk management across complex supply chains.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop procurement frameworks and execution plans aligned with program objectives
* Lead full tender lifecycle including EOI, prequalification, RFP, and contract award
* Prepare detailed tender documentation and manage bidder communication processes
* Evaluate commercial and technical submissions and deliver structured recommendation reports
* Conduct market assessments and strengthen supplier networks for competitive sourcing
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to align procurement outcomes
* Assess contract terms and contractor pricing to ensure value and compliance
* Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies across the supply chain
* Ensure adherence to corporate policies, contractual standards, and ethical guidelines
* Mentor procurement teams and drive performance improvement initiatives
* Provide clear reporting on procurement progress, risks, and commercial outcomes
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
* 10+ years experience in procurement or commercial roles within infrastructure or capital projects
* Strong knowledge of tendering processes, contract management, and supplier evaluation
* Experience handling complex procurement environments and large contractor networks
* Ability to manage multiple procurement streams and stakeholder expectations
* Strong leadership and negotiation skills
