Position Overview
The Cost Consultant role at Mace Dubai supports the delivery of a major multi-year aviation development project involving earthworks, infrastructure, sub-structure, and long-term airport expansion. The role provides end-to-end cost management services, ensuring value, cost certainty, and sustainable outcomes across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver cost management services from project initiation through completion across multiple sectors
* Apply technical expertise to support specific disciplines and project workstreams
* Conduct feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection
* Apply value management techniques during early planning to enhance cost efficiency
* Lead estimating and cost planning activities and present final cost plans to stakeholders
* Support contractor selection and prepare formal contract documentation
* Provide cost control, financial reporting, and commercial advice aligned to client requirements
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements
* Support net zero carbon objectives and sustainable cost management practices
* Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Ideal Profile
* Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent qualification
* Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized body
* Essential experience working in the Middle East on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
* Strong understanding of procurement, cost planning, and contract administration
* Proven ability to communicate commercial information clearly to diverse stakeholders
* Commitment to safety, integrity, and continuous professional development
