Position Overview
The Cost Manager role at Mace Dubai supports the delivery of a landmark multi-year aviation development project covering major earthworks, infrastructure, sub-structure, and long-term airport expansion. This role provides full-spectrum cost management services, ensuring value, cost certainty, and commercial control across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver cost management services across all project phases and multiple sectors
* Lead assigned cost management disciplines using advanced technical expertise to support project decisions
* Prepare feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection
* Apply value management techniques to improve cost efficiency and project outcomes
* Manage estimating and cost planning activities and present final cost plans to stakeholders
* Oversee preparation and execution of contract documentation in line with governance requirements
* Maintain effective cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly cost reporting
* Evaluate contractor claims, assess design change impacts, and manage commercial risk
* Mentor and support cost consultants, contributing to team development and capability growth
Ideal Profile
* Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent discipline
* Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized qualification
* Essential experience working in the Middle East on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
* Strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost control
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex commercial information
* Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
