* Coordinate with internal teams including sales, leasing, handover, and facilities to resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
* Record customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions accurately within CRM systems
* Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and ensure proper closure of all requests
* Adhere to company service protocols, SLAs, and customer experience guidelines
* Build strong customer relationships through clear communication, empathy, and professionalism
* Support front desk and reception operations when required
* Contribute to service improvement initiatives through feedback and reporting

Ideal Profile

* Proven experience in front-end customer service or customer care, preferably within real estate or a service-driven environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset with effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
* Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions and perform well under pressure
* Proficiency in MS Office applications and customer relationship management systems
