What You’ll Do

* Engage with clients to translate their vision into actionable design strategies and deliverables.
* Lead multidisciplinary design teams, allocate resources effectively, and ensure clarity in project roles.
* Develop and implement design workflows, schedules, and reporting systems for smooth project execution.
* Champion sustainable practices, integrating net zero carbon goals into project delivery.
* Inspire, mentor, and guide both direct and extended design teams to achieve excellence in performance.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in architecture or a related field.
* Proven track record in leading large-scale mixed-use development projects.
* Previous experience working in the UAE is essential for client approval.
* Expertise in design workflow planning, scheduling, and deliverable management.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
