This role requires strong leadership to manage design workflows, ensure compliance, and maintain exceptional quality standards across all phases of project delivery. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in hospitality and mixed-use schemes, extensive UAE experience, and a passion for driving sustainable, client-focused outcomes.

What You’ll Do
* Manage day-to-day design team operations and act as the primary client contact for design-related issues.
* Deliver design management to achieve strategic KPIs and business plan objectives.
* Implement design management systems, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
* Mentor and develop project teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and best practices.
* Leverage internal networks to support business development and work-winning strategies.
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and sustainability across all design processes.
* Drive innovation while ensuring compliance with local health and safety regulations.
* Champion diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the project teams.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in architecture, engineering, or related discipline.
* Membership in RIBA, MICE, CIBSE, CIOB, RICS, or CIAT preferred.
* Proven experience managing design delivery in mixed-use and high-end hospitality projects.
* Deep understanding of building safety legislation, standards, and construction contracts.
* Strong leadership capabilities and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in sustainability strategies and carbon reduction practices.
* Previous UAE project experience is essential for client approval.
