This role involves leading design strategy, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of design management systems and ensure adherence to best practices.
* Build and lead design teams, ensuring clear allocation of resources and responsibilities.
* Develop and deliver strategic plans aligned with annual business goals and project milestones.
* Engage with clients and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
* Monitor project performance through KPIs and present management review data to leadership.
* Drive continuous improvement in design processes, introducing innovative solutions and lessons learned.
* Support recruitment, training, and professional development for design team members.
* Lead initiatives to achieve net zero carbon goals by integrating sustainability considerations into design activities.

* Extensive experience in managing large-scale design projects within the UAE construction sector.
* Strong knowledge of design management systems, risk mitigation, and build strategies.
* Expertise in design workflows, scheduling, and deliverable management across multiple disciplines.
* Skilled in business planning, stakeholder engagement, and influencing senior leadership.
* Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
* Familiarity with prefabrication strategies and complex mixed-use project delivery.
* Degree in architecture, engineering, or related field.
