This role involves managing the implementation of design management systems and ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements across a major portfolio of mixed-use developments. You will oversee design processes, coordinate resources, and deliver high-value projects through multiple stages, from planning and design to procurement and delivery.

What You’ll Do
* Manage design activities to achieve business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate all stages of design management, including integration with construction, commercial, programme, and procurement teams.
* Provide leadership to design management teams and ensure operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with design briefs, governance standards, and stakeholder requirements.
* Support strategic initiatives for business development and client engagement.
* Prepare and present KPI data and reports to senior management.
* Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and innovation across teams.
* Drive sustainability initiatives and support carbon reduction goals throughout project delivery.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, or related discipline.
* Extensive experience in design management for large-scale developments within the UAE.
* Strong understanding of design governance, project lifecycle, and quality standards.
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
