This role involves shaping development strategies, managing financial performance, and ensuring seamless execution across all phases, from feasibility to disposal. It is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in driving large-scale developments in the UAE.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the development of strategies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities across a diverse portfolio.
* Oversee financial and development appraisals, including feasibility studies and cash flow modeling.
* Evaluate and negotiate development agreements, joint ventures, and investment structures to optimize risk allocation.
* Secure competitive funding options and oversee due diligence processes for acquisitions.
* Control development budgets, cost plans, and performance targets to maximize value delivery.
* Partner with project management teams to ensure alignment across design, procurement, construction, and operations.
* Drive leasing, pre-let strategies, and disposal plans to achieve strong commercial outcomes.
* Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, landowners, and strategic partners.
* Provide leadership in recruitment, coaching, and team development to support business growth.
* Embed sustainability goals, focusing on carbon reduction initiatives throughout the delivery process.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualifications desirable.
* Proven experience in delivering large-scale developments in the UAE market.
* Expertise in market studies, feasibility reporting, and business case preparation.
* Strong understanding of real estate investment structures and commercial strategies.
* Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships and negotiate at C-suite level.
* Advanced digital proficiency and financial modeling skills.
