Role Context
This role is responsible for ensuring that all electrical construction activities meet design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. It plays a critical role in project delivery by validating site work, maintaining inspection records, and supporting engineering teams with accurate reporting and compliance tracking.
Key Responsibilities
* Review contract documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project scope
* Conduct site inspections and supervision under direction of project engineers
* Verify contractor compliance with electrical standards and installation procedures
* Record site activities including manpower, equipment, and work progress
* Perform testing, measurements, and inspections to ensure quality compliance
* Process inspection requests and technical submissions efficiently
* Monitor material deliveries and ensure adherence to site instructions
* Implement and track quality control procedures across site operations
* Monitor health and safety compliance and report violations
Ideal Profile
* Diploma in Engineering with electrical specialization
* Minimum 7 years of experience in construction supervision and inspection
* At least 5 years of UAE project experience in consultancy environments
* Strong understanding of building codes and electrical systems
* Ability to manage inspections with accuracy and professional judgment
* Good communication and reporting skills
