Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities Coordination of day-to-day academy activities including but not limited to: Academy relevant stakeholders to facilitate the smooth day-to-day operation of the academy Training staff regional travel Shipping of tools and equipment to support training delivery at regional training locations Training and Delegate printin g requirements Delegate meals Vehicle Fuelling and Sanitisation with supplier Coordination of technicians to attend Refinish Competency Development and Assessment Coordination of business partner trainers for delivery of Refinish Competency Development and Assessment Coordination of Body Technicians to attend Competency Development and Assessment in Dubai Coordination of Refinish Technicians to attend Competency Development at applicable business partner facility in the region Production of invitation letters for all delegates who travel to Dubai Coordination of business partner purchase odder issuance for the upcoming quarter Quarterly reconciliation of purchase orders Maintain the Academy Asset Register Maintain Standard Operating Procedure and Business Continuity Planning manuals Coordination of equipment calibration and outsourced maintenance requirements Support launch and dynamic training activities
