Responsible for the Plant Maintenance Activities for Production & Packaging Equipment. In this role, you are responsible for working with engineer team to ensure deadlines are met, attending meetings, ensuring modification and upgrading of machines. You should keep abreast of developments in your field and outside of your discipline. Key responsibilities & Accountability: Responsible to adhere with cGMP principles, assure Good Automated Manufacturing Practice (GAMP) to maintain them in effective manner. Responsible for all safety activities of Engineering Section in shift. Handle the Breakdown, trouble shooting and rectify with priority of the all equipment,s. Documentation and keep the operations and maintenance records updated for Internal & External Regulatory Audits. Ensuring timely closure of breakdown notifications to achieve desired KPI results for overall team performance. Read and follow maintenance SOPs and ensure safety procedures are being followed. Qualifications: - Education 4 years Bachelor�s degree in mechanical Engineering. - Experience: At least 6-8 years experience in similar organization in pharma / Health care / Medical Industry� Proven experience in overseeing project and maintenance activities from conceptualization to execution including technical specifications, procurement, stage inspections, scheduling, progress monitoring, and manpower planning. - Training: Key Competencies: In terms of competency you are highly result oriented with strong sense of accountability & ownership. High on Compliance with strong implementation and project management skills. Must be a resourceful problem solvers and must possess strong ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established deadlines. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills required. Strong time and task management and must have flexibility and adaptability to execute the needs of the department.
