* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying
* Minimum 3 years experience in estimating for infrastructure projects
* Experience in roads, bridges, or tunnels projects is required
* Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, and specifications
* Experience using estimating software and cost databases
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
