Position Overview
Mace is seeking a highly skilled Façade Package Manager to oversee the design, procurement, and delivery of façade works for one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious mixed-use programmes. This role involves full responsibility for façade construction from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards while driving innovation in design and execution.

What You’ll Do
* Manage the façade package end-to-end, including design coordination, procurement, and on-site delivery.
* Align project delivery with the client’s strategic goals and sustainability objectives.
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and key stakeholders to meet technical and programmatic requirements.
* Lead the technical design process, including surveys, statutory approvals, RFIs, and reporting.
* Implement health and safety strategies, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and stakeholder expectations.
* Establish policies for modern methods of construction (MMC) and oversee façade installation standards.
* Monitor project progress against schedule, budget, and quality benchmarks, addressing risks proactively.
* Support planning teams in integrating façade works into the overall construction programme and cash flow forecasts.
* Resolve technical issues, provide subject matter expertise on façade elements, and guide teams toward excellence.
* Promote sustainability through innovative façade solutions, focusing on energy efficiency and carbon reduction.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or related field.
* Chartered status or pursuing professional accreditation.
* Extensive façade construction experience, including curved glass systems and high-end architectural designs.
* Proven track record in leading large, complex projects within the Middle East.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
* Eligibility to meet visa and client approval requirements for Saudi Arabia.
