Fit-Out Project Manager
Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to lead and oversee interior fit-out projects from start to finish. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, site supervision, and cost control, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations for interior fit-out projects.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Liaise with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to maintain alignment on project goals.
- Conduct regular progress meetings, provide project updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Supervise on-site activities to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Address project issues or delays promptly and implement corrective measures.

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, and MEP coordination.
- Proven experience managing commercial, retail, office, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- In-depth knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Ability to make strategic decisions under pressure and solve complex project challenges.
