Position Overview
Mace is looking for an experienced Head of Visualisation to lead cutting-edge 3D and visualization initiatives on one of Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious mixed-use development programmes. This flagship project spans sports, entertainment, arts, and supporting infrastructure. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of visualization projects, overseeing team performance, and advising stakeholders on advanced visual strategies to enhance project communication and engagement.

What You’ll Do
* Lead visualization strategies and manage multiple complex visualization projects from inception to delivery.
* Develop and deliver high-quality 3D content for projects, including Virtual City and XR studio operations.
* Oversee Arch-Viz environments and ensure visual outputs meet accuracy and audience engagement standards.
* Define visual strategies that align with business objectives and enhance stakeholder presentations.
* Mentor and upskill visualization teams, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
* Shape processes for visualization planning, resource allocation, and delivery risk mitigation.
* Advise stakeholders on effective briefs, clarify project requirements, and ensure on-time delivery.
* Drive strategic initiatives, including creation of digital asset libraries and adoption of new visualization tools.
* Support recruitment, including screening and onboarding for visualization roles.
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to deliver outstanding results.
* Contribute to sustainability targets by embedding low-carbon practices within digital and visualization processes.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in computer arts, architecture, mathematics, or related field.
* Extensive experience in 3D visualization, XR/AR environments, and large-scale project delivery.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage sub-teams and multi-output visualization pipelines.
* Familiarity with advanced visualization software and immersive technology platforms.
* Proven ability to develop strategic visualization frameworks for mega projects.
* Previous experience working on high-value projects in the Middle East, with eligibility for Saudi Arabia visa and client approval.
