Job description

We are looking for an Safety Officer to be responsible for the Health and Safety in a construction project in Dubai. The selected person will be in charge of the coordination of the different HSE Officers from the subcontractors.
Duties

Monitor health and safety
Create reports
Develop strategies to reduce incidents and investigate public safety concerns
Design training programs
Conduct induction training for the labors
Coordination of the HSE Officers from the subcontractors
Perform risk assessments
Obtaining all required authorities NOCs
Requirements

Approved By DDA
At least 3 years experience as HSE officer working for a main contractor in Dubai
Certification from NEBOSH / OSHA
Fluent in the English language
Able to work under pressure
Able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Good organizational skills with attention to details
