Role Context
The Helper supports daily project execution by assisting technical teams in fit-out, maintenance, and safety system installations. This role is important for smooth site operations, timely material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while supporting fire alarm and firefighting system maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians and supervisors during project execution, fit-out activities, and maintenance works.
Carry tools, materials, equipment, and supplies to required work locations across the site.
Support installation, testing, and maintenance of fire alarm, firefighting, and safety systems.
Help maintain cleanliness, order, and proper arrangement of work areas and materials.
Follow safety instructions and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of construction and maintenance materials.
Perform basic labor tasks assigned by supervisors to support smooth daily site operations.
Support emergency repair work and maintenance tasks when required.
Ensure proper handling and safe use of tools and equipment during all assigned tasks.
Work closely with team members and site staff to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
Ideal Profile
Basic education qualification is required.
Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in a similar helper or site support role is preferred.
Previous experience in construction or maintenance is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Physically fit and willing to work on-site in active project environments.
Basic understanding of workplace safety and site discipline is required.
Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to support technical teams are essential.
Ability to handle manual work and flexible site duties effectively.
