Position Overview
Mace is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to join our team on a landmark luxury mixed-use development in Umluj, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing the delivery of complex infrastructure components, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards, while driving project efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do
* Manage delivery of infrastructure projects including STPs, RO plants, data centers, and generator farms.
* Oversee remote roadworks, earthworks, drainage, and utility network installations.
* Apply deep technical knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and material specifications.
* Champion health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives across all project activities.
* Coordinate with contractors to achieve programme milestones and ensure timely delivery.
* Maintain QA/QC compliance and manage seamless project handovers.
* Participate in forecasting and lookahead meetings, providing robust technical insights.
* Monitor contractor performance and support cost and risk assessments.
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement through proactive problem-solving.
* Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
* Drive sustainable practices aligned with net-zero carbon objectives.
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
* Significant experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects within the Middle East.
* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain programme control.
* Comprehensive knowledge of QA standards, health and safety regulations, and modern construction methodologies.
* Eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
