Focus on the needs and concerns of the breast-feeding mother-baby pair and to prevent, recognize and solve breastfeeding difficulties
Help the mother initiate breastfeeding and/or pumping
Trouble-shoots to solve any problem the mother is having initiating her plan.
Teaches how to position her infant at the breast in a way that suits them best.
They also act as a resource to NICU staff to answer their questions about lactation support
Our client only considers female candidates for this role and candidates who are in UAE already.
Educational background: Needs to be International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in similar field
