Help the mother initiate breastfeeding and/or pumping

Trouble-shoots to solve any problem the mother is having initiating her plan.
Teaches how to position her infant at the breast in a way that suits them best.
They also act as a resource to NICU staff to answer their questions about lactation support

Educational background: Needs to be International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)
