Position Overview
Mace is seeking a Landscape Design Manager to lead and manage all aspects of landscape architecture for a high-profile luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering sustainable, high-quality landscape solutions that meet environmental standards and support project milestones while promoting innovation and collaboration.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver landscape design elements on time and within budget, aligning with project objectives.
* Lead and manage landscape design teams, ensuring operational excellence and resource allocation.
* Act as the primary contact for all landscape-related design matters, liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Present KPIs and performance metrics to senior leadership and recommend process improvements.
* Advise on procurement, contracts, and compliance specific to landscape projects.
* Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability standards across design and delivery stages.
* Implement ecological design solutions that contribute to carbon reduction and net zero goals.
* Support business development activities and deliver training programs in landscape architecture.
* Drive innovation, collaboration, and best practices within the design team.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in landscape architecture or a related discipline.
* Significant experience in landscape design and management for major developments.
* Proven track record in design coordination and managing multidisciplinary teams.
* Strong understanding of environmental compliance, sustainability practices, and ecological design principles.
* Experience working in the Middle East and eligibility to meet Saudi Arabia visa and client approval criteria.
