* Strong knowledge of mechanical design, project planning, and cost management
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, and Primavera
* Excellent communication and coordination skills with stakeholders and project teams
* Ability to manage multiple project activities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
