We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Manager to oversee design and construction projects, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

- Manage contractor work in collaboration with consultants to ensure timely and high-quality project completion
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Department on project progress, challenges, and key developments
- Obtain necessary approvals and liaise with authorities for permits, NOCs, and project handovers
- Oversee project budget, scope of work, and timeline to ensure adherence to planned objectives
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards in MEP layouts and installations
- Supervise site teams, construction activities, and maintenance operations while enforcing safety regulations
- Develop and implement quality assurance plans to maintain adherence to project specifications
- Verify that all materials and equipment installed meet project requirements and contract standards
- Lead project meetings and maintain documentation, including technical reports and site records
- Monitor and justify contractor and client variations, payment claims, and project correspondence
- Plan and organize site activities efficiently to meet construction deadlines
- Address and resolve technical issues with suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure purchase orders meet project specifications
- Manage variation orders and site instructions with accurate data and documentation

Required Skills and Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in MEP project management, construction, or engineering roles
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection services
- Experience in handling large-scale construction projects within the UAE
- Knowledge of international and local safety and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office applications
