Mace is seeking a skilled MEP Design Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design coordination for a major luxury mixed-use development in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing design teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards, and delivering innovative, sustainable MEP solutions that align with project objectives and net-zero commitments.

What You’ll Do
* Deliver MEP design elements in line with business plans, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.
* Lead and manage MEP design teams across multiple projects, ensuring technical accuracy and operational efficiency.
* Act as the primary contact for all MEP-related design matters, engaging with clients and stakeholders.
* Present KPIs and performance updates to senior leadership.
* Advise on procurement strategies, contracts, and compliance for MEP systems and installations.
* Recommend improvements in design processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
* Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and technical excellence in all phases of design and execution.
* Support business development and deliver technical training programs on MEP systems.
* Ensure all design works comply with codes, standards, and environmental regulations.
* Drive sustainability initiatives and carbon-conscious practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in MEP design management for large-scale, high-value developments.
* Strong understanding of design governance, compliance standards, and procurement strategies.
* Experience working in the Middle East with eligibility for Saudi visa and client approval.
* Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams.
