Plumbing Supervisor - Construction and Maintenance Projects Dubai
Role Summary
We’re hiring a Plumbing Supervisor to lead and support our plumbing team on full-time projects across Dubai. If you’ve got hands-on plumbing experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality, this role is your opportunity to take charge. You’ll oversee daily operations, mentor staff, manage project timelines, and ensure every job is delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise plumbing technicians and assistants across active job sites
* Ensure all plumbing installations and repairs meet safety codes and regulations
* Review blueprints and technical diagrams to plan and guide work
* Conduct routine inspections to detect issues early and resolve them efficiently
* Coordinate with other trade teams to ensure seamless project execution
* Track materials, manage orders, and maintain supply inventory
* Create maintenance schedules and plan preventive servicing
* Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing team members
* Monitor work quality and provide technical support where needed
* Keep records updated, from work reports to team evaluations
* Communicate with clients, provide updates, and handle on-site concerns
* Ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained
* Support project budgeting and timeline estimates
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience with supervisory exposure
* Strong understanding of plumbing systems, safety codes, and industry standards
* Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
* Excellent team management, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable working under pressure and on tight deadlines
* Valid driver’s license preferred
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
* A proactive approach to mentoring and upskilling team members
* Willingness to stay current with new plumbing technologies and trends
