Key Responsibilities
* Research civil construction materials, pricing trends, and market availability.
* Identify and prequalify new vendors and suppliers for upcoming projects.
* Benchmark specifications, prices, and quality across multiple supply sources.
* Provide accurate cost and supply analysis to support procurement strategies.
* Collaborate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure compliance with BOQ and technical standards.
* Maintain and update a supplier database with market intelligence and performance records.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
* Strong understanding of construction materials and technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience in vendor research, supplier evaluation, and cost analysis.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP/procurement systems is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
