Role Context
This role supports procurement activities within a large infrastructure PMO environment, ensuring effective sourcing, vendor management, and compliance with Saudi procurement laws and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services in line with project timelines and budgets
* Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate supplier proposals, and conduct commercial bid analysis
* Review vendor qualifications and ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements
* Recommend approved suppliers based on performance, pricing, and compliance
* Monitor supplier delivery schedules and contractual obligations
* Maintain procurement logs, vendor databases, and material approval records
* Coordinate with design, construction, and contracts teams to ensure timely supply chain execution
* Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies
* Ensure compliance with company standards, client policies, and Saudi procurement regulations
* Support reporting and documentation for procurement activities
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
* Minimum 6+ years experience in procurement within construction or infrastructure projects
* Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor management, and commercial evaluations
* Understanding of Saudi Government Tender and Procurement Law
* Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
