Key Responsibilities
* Source and procure materials required for interior fit-out projects.
* Manage procurement of joinery materials including MDF, plywood, veneer, laminates, and related components.
* Source finishing materials such as paint, stone, tiles, glass, and metal works.
* Procure hardware, accessories, fittings, and other project-specific fit-out items.
* Identify suitable suppliers and subcontractors from approved and qualified sources.
* Issue Requests for Quotation to relevant vendors.
* Obtain competitive commercial offers while maintaining required technical compliance.
* Compare supplier quotations based on cost, specification, lead time, quality, and delivery reliability.
* Prepare commercial comparison sheets to support procurement decisions.
* Coordinate technical evaluations with design, BIM, engineering, and project teams.
* Confirm that materials are technically approved before purchase orders are issued.
* Review approved material submittals before procurement.
* Resolve discrepancies between project specifications and supplier proposals.
* Coordinate material equivalency discussions when alternative products are proposed.
* Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with approved procurement procedures.
