Mace is looking for an experienced Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of major sports stadiums and related developments in Saudi Arabia. This strategic leadership role focuses on driving project excellence, stakeholder engagement, and operational performance, ensuring safe, timely, and sustainable delivery in line with client objectives.

What You’ll Do
* Lead the coordination and delivery of sub-programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Establish and manage effective delivery environments across people, processes, and technology.
* Drive continuous improvement, monitoring performance against bid baselines and project KPIs.
* Ensure adherence to safety, quality, cost, schedule, and compliance standards across all programme components.
* Act as the primary liaison for senior client engagement and stakeholder relationship management.
* Oversee programme governance, risk strategies, and structured reporting processes.
* Foster collaboration, innovation, and knowledge sharing across integrated teams.
* Support commercial viability and long-term business objectives while aligning with sustainability and net-zero carbon commitments.
* Mentor senior team members, develop talent pipelines, and promote a high-performance culture.
* Encourage inclusivity and diversity, ensuring team engagement and productivity.
Ideal Profile
* Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
* Demonstrated experience leading large-scale programmes in the Middle East.
* Proven expertise in stadium or major sports infrastructure projects.
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities at executive level.
* Eligibility to meet Saudi visa and client approval requirements.
