PROJECT ASSISTANT Job Vacancy in UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Complete administrative tasks including project set-ups, creating purchase orders, creating and tracking schedules for individual projects and department.
Organizing documents; scanning hard copies on to the network; printing files for big jobs.
Assist Project Managers to review documents with a strong focus on names, numbers, missing text, punctuation/spelling, grammar, adherence to instructions, proper use of glossaries/memory/reference materials, formatting or any other significant issues
Billing; contacting linguists to resolve issues such as invoice/word count discrepancies; data entry.
With the guidance of a Project Manager, manage simple projects: Placing jobs, setting up jobs; contacting linguists, setting up deadlines, and negotiating prices.
Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Perform other special projects or duties when required.
Key Requirements:
Degree holder.
One years experience in Project Management field.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
Superior written and spoken communication skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.
