Project Control / Scheduler
JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled Project Control / Scheduler to oversee and manage project timelines for large-scale construction and engineering projects in Medina. This role involves developing detailed schedules, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all milestones are met within budget and industry standards. The ideal candidate will proactively identify potential risks and delays, implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage project schedules using advanced scheduling tools.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Analyze scheduling data to identify potential delays and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to coordinate project activities efficiently.
- Prepare project progress reports and update stakeholders on scheduling status.
- Conduct schedule impact analysis for changes, delays, or unforeseen issues.
- Ensure compliance with project control procedures, industry standards, and contractual requirements.
- Support cost control and risk management processes as part of overall project management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project control and scheduling in construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize project schedules.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with cost control and budget management is a plus.
